As the business grew, Shri Himmatlal M. Shah was joined by his two sons, Rilesh H. Shah and Romesh H. Shah, who took on the responsibility of continuing their father’s legacy. Together, they expanded the scope of HMSS’s offerings, building on a strong foundation of consultancy to introduce services that addressed the evolving needs of the global trade industry.

In just a few years, the group expanded into Logistics Services under the name HMSS Logistics, offering critical services like Customs Clearance and Freight Forwarding to ensure smooth international trade. Mr. Romesh H. Shah further established Mittal Exports, enhancing product sourcing and Duty Credit Scrip Trade, strengthening their role in global commerce.
